What we collect
Nothing. The app has no sign-in, no user accounts, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. We never see your name, email, health data, location, photos, or anything else you put in the app.
Where your data lives
All of your entries — meals, measurements, workouts, GPS routes, fasting history, wellness items, journal entries, prayers, and progress photos — are stored locally on your device. If you choose to create a backup, the backup file is saved where you direct it (such as your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive); we never receive a copy.
Health data (Apple Health / Health Connect)
If you choose to connect Apple Health or Health Connect, the app reads the data types you approve (such as steps, heart rate, and sleep) to display them inside the app, and can write workouts you record. This data is used only on your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is never used for advertising or marketing. You can revoke access at any time in your device's health settings.
Third-party services the app talks to
The app makes a small number of network requests to free public services, none of which receive your identity:
- USDA FoodData Central — receives only the food search text you type.
- Open Food Facts — receives only the barcode number you scan.
- Open-Meteo (weather) — receives only approximate coordinates to show local weather.
- OpenStreetMap (map tiles) — receives only the map area being displayed during GPS workouts.
No request to any of these services includes your name, an account identifier, or an advertising identifier.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Location — only to draw your route during a GPS workout you start. Tracking runs only while a workout is active.
- Camera / photos — only to scan food barcodes and to add progress photos you choose.
- Notifications — only for reminders you set.
- Face ID / biometrics — only to unlock the app if you turn on App Lock.
Every permission is optional; the app works without any of them.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone — because it does not collect information at all.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Data and privacy → Clear local data inside the app, or simply delete the app. Because nothing is stored on any server, that removes everything.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices ever change, we will update this page and note it in the app's release notes before the change takes effect.
